Emmanuel College

BOSTON -- Emmanuel College celebrated its 96th Commencement Exercises on Saturday, May 12, 2018, adding hundreds of graduates to the global network of Emmanuel alumni who are making their mark on the world. Nationally-recognized sports journalist, author and television broadcaster Jackie MacMullan delivered the Commencement address and received an honorary degree. The college conferred degrees on the following local students:

Kelsey Hannemann of Groton received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication & Media Studies.

Haley Lynch of West Townsend received a Bachelor of Arts in History. Lynch graduated magna cum laude and with distinction in the field of concentration.

Alyssa Mareiro of Pepperell received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling & Health.

Haley McEvoy of Dunstable received a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Physiology. McEvoy graduated with distinction in the field of concentration.

Matthew Rotelli of Pepperell received a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a concentration in Diplomacy & Security.

Union College

SCHENECTADY, NY -- Nearly 500 students graduated from Union College on Sunday, June 17 during the College's 224th Commencement exercises.

Samantha Gavin, of Groton, graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Chemistry.

Eastern Connecticut State

WILLIMANTIC, CONN. -- Eastern Connecticut State's annual graduation ceremony was held at the XL Center in Hartford on May 15, with more than 12,000 family members and friends cheering on their sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, as 1,105 under-graduates and 85 graduate students received their diplomas.

Ariana Gangloff of Pepperell graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

University of Findlay

FINDLAY, OH -- Haley Sebastyn of Dunstable has graduated from the University of Findlay. Sebastyn received the following: Associate of Arts in Small Business/Entrepreneurship.

Sebastyn was invited to walk in the University's commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 5. More than 730 graduates earned doctoral, master's, bachelor's or associate degrees for the academic year 2017 - 2018.

Western New England University

SPRINGFIELD --Western New England University congratulates more than 700 students who received their academic degrees.

Sarah MacDonald of Groton graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Michael Spagnolo of Pepperell graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting and Finance.
