Shake off the winter blues with Peacock Players, New Hampshire's premiere award-winning theatre, as they proudly present the irreverent fast-paced romp through Shakespeare's plays, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare [Abridged] for two weekends in February at the Janice B. Streeter Theater, located at 14 Court Street in Nashua, NH. Tickets are currently on sale at the Peacock Players box office by phone at (603) 886-7000 and online at www.peacockplayers.org.

Join the world's greatest bard-busters as they bring madness and mayhem in bucketfuls to Shakespeare's entire canon of work. Get ready for a fast, furious and frenetic 97 minutes -- featuring every one of Shakespeare's 37 plays like you've never seen them before. Including: Othello as a Rap song, Titus Andronicus presented as a cooking show, and the various Histories turned into an American football game. It's Shakespeare that would make the great man himself spin wildly in his grave -- with a grin on his face!

The production will be directed by Peacock Players Alumnae and (now) Resident Artist Andrea Underhill.

"Shakespeare has never been so accessible before," says Underhill. "Sit through Hamlet for four hours? No need! In our production - you can watch it performed backwards in half a minute or less!"

The small ensemble cast includes: Jessica Davis (of Dunstable), Christopher Ellars (of Pepperell), Andrew Shapiro (of Dracut), Olivia Silva (of Billerica), Allison Weed (of Lowell), and Erin Wilson (of Pepperell).
