Nashoba Nursing Service and Hospice and Nashoba Associated Boards of Health offers the following support groups:

Bereavement support drop-in groups for adults:

Open to all adults who are experiencing grief due to the death of a loved one.

First and third Thursday of each month: 6-7:30 p.m., Shirley Library.

Second Tuesday of each month: 9-10:30 a.m., Groton COA; 12:30-2 p.m., Shirley Library; 6-7:30 p.m., NVMC.

Third Tuesday of each month: 1-2:30 p.m., Townsend COA.

Third Thursday of each month: 1-2:30 p.m., Littleton COA.

Support for women surviving loss of significant other:

Third Saturday: You, too? Me, too! Shirley Library 10:30 a.m. to noon, (women only).

Drop-in support group for young adults experiencing grief due to the death of a loved one. Ages 18-25 only.

Second Thursday of each month: Shirley Library 6-7:30 p.m., young adults grieving (ages 18-25).

Drop-in support groups require no registration. All groups are a free service to the community.
