Take A Hike
On Friday, April 25, a Friends of the Oxbow member will lead a walk along the Goddard Trail in Devens. The one- hour hike will depart from Mirror Lake (Patton Road) at 11:45. Learn about the trail's geology, its Fort Devens history, and how it got its name. A fun opportunity to get some fresh air and exercise, meet neighbors, and enjoy nature. RSVP.
Prescription Drug Take Back Day is April 26. View collection sites in your area here. Flushing or washing unused prescriptions down the drain can threaten drinking water supplies and harm wildlife that rely on unpolluted waterways. Take advantage of this convenient free service.
Recognize Earth Day by kicking off an initiative to make your operations more sustainable. The Eco-Efficiency Center can assist with the implementation of programs that conserve resources and typically lower costs. Contact us to learn more about how this non-profit can help. Your facility could be featured during special events being planned for next year!
