AYER -- A Littleton man is facing his second drunk-driving charge following his arrest Monday night in Ayer.

At 10:30 p.m., Sergeant Austin Cote and Officer Richard Krasinskas were called to the parking lot of the McDonald's Restaurant off Carlton Circle after the drive-thru attendant observed the operator of a vehicle at the drive-thru appearing to be highly intoxicated.

Officers found 38-year-old Nathan Finan of Taylor Street in Littleton to be sleeping behind the wheel of the driver's seat in his vehicle, which was still running in the parking lot. Finan was arrested for OUI (second offense).
